Ethics and Compliance Office

All members of the team are trained on the fundamental aspects of our policy during their onboarding process and are required to complete annual e-Integrity training thereafter. Due to the nature of our high-risk industry, we offer comprehensive, specialized training sessions, either in-person or online, for all staff, with particular emphasis on those in roles that are more vulnerable to bribery and corruption.

Aptitude Security Inc’s Ethics Line acts as a resource for anyone seeking guidance on ethical matters or inquiries related to our organization. We strongly encourage all individuals to make use of the Ethics Line to obtain ethical advice or to report any misconduct or perceived breaches of this policy, our Code of Ethics and Conduct, other company policies or procedures, legal issues, questionable business practices, potential fraud, or any concerns regarding accounting, accounting controls, or auditing issues.
